Elora Distilling Company is an award winning grain to glass distillery founded in 2020. We ferment, distill, blend, and package a variety of premium spirits and liqueurs on-site, emphasizing the use of local ingredients whenever possible. We have won multiple awards on the world stage for the quality of our spirits and locally for our contributions to the area's tourism and culture. In addition to our production facility we have multiple hospitality spaces featuring a chef-driven menu and on-site retail with complimentary tastings always available.
